About Me

I'm Louise - a yoga teacher and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and mum to two little girls - Audrey and Martha.

 

I began my yoga career back in 2018, and over the years have focused my training to mirror my own journey into parenthood. I am a qualified Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Fertility Yoga specialist.

 

I'm also a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (Dip CBH), Hypnobirthing practitioner (Dip HB) as well as a qualified teacher (PGCE Post-Compulsory Education & Training).

I created The Relaxed Mama Club back in 2020 to support women's physical and mental wellbeing on their journey into motherhood. Through my combination of yoga, education and hypnotherapy I can help you to thrive, rather than just survive, on that journey.

Locations

I'm based on the Wirral, Merseyside, and offer 1:1 sessions in-person in my home therapy room in Claughton, Wirral and group classes at Neston Wellness Centre, Parkgate.

I run workshops and retreats in a variety of Wirral-based venues.

I also offer all of my 1:1 services and group workshops and courses online via Google Meet.
